Ms. She has

international business transaction, corporate, intellectual property and
technology transfer. She has worked for law firms, venture capital firms and
corporate legal departments both in China and in the Bay Area and

general corporate issues, intellectual property transferring, fund-raising
procedures to international expansions. With her expertise in international
transactions, Ms. She has also successfully helped many outbound investment
